Abstract (English)
The productivity of employees is becoming more and more important in this day and age. Companies therefore decide to include the user in the evaluation of building quality. Due to the numerous methods available on the market, it has not yet been possible to make any reliable comparisons with regard to the user experience (keyword Customer Journey). This white paper shows potentials for the professionalization of user integration and user evaluation of workplace quality as well as general recommendations for action and best practices. It also presents a general, simplified approach to the evaluation of workplace quality in office real estate. Each user can anonymously evaluate his building and his workplace and view the results transparently. The paper also presents methods with relevant aspects, allowing each company to design and regularly carry out a suitable individual measurement/review to ensure a sustainable improvement in workplace satisfaction.
